When our founder launched his concept for upcycling cocoa bean shells into food innovations in 2018, he was the world’s first to commercially market beverages made from cocoa bean shells. Six years later, despite numerous setbacks, he is continuing this trend with TACUFIN. The original concept has now been applied to coffee beans and cashew apples.
